MISSION
As an up and coming Professional Organizer I offer a wide range of Organizing, Design and Decor services tailored to fit your specific needs or vision. I strive to build relationships with my client, taking the time to get aquatinted with their family, their pets ,their home, their habits, their style, all the moving parts .. because this is a labor of love for me. You may not know where to start, having trouble with motivation, ashamed, overwhelmed, devoid of time or energy or just lacking in a specific skill set. I find joy in taking the stress off ones plate, in creating calm, inviting and purposeful spaces. The home should be a place of peace , ease, flow, function and beauty. A place where you can spend more time enjoying life with family and less time fighting clutter and frustration. I want this type of service to be more readily available to the average person and in doing so I strive to customize projects based on your budget and timeline. How it all Started & Why I do it
When I moved here to TN early 2019 , my daughter only a couple months old and having left position as Event Coordinator & Venue Manager in Birmingham, AL...I knew I needed to get back to work financially but wasn't ready to leave my first and only baby girls side yet. I knew I had absolutely loved coordinating and designing layouts for events but I couldn't see myself going back to a fulltime job and as far back as I could remember I swore I would have my own business one day. After lots of deliberation, discussions with loved ones, research and praying, in the midst of reorganizing my parents kitchen and pretty much any other parts of the house I could get a hold of ..I decided I wanted to do professional organizing. I started with marketing my services on local FB pages and actually landed my first client and it would be a long on going project which gave me a taste of what I would be getting myself into. I loved it. As my project began to dwindle I would book a job here or there but soon began to offer cleaning services to keep money coming in. Before I knew it (word of mouth is a powerful tool) I had a full blown schedule of house cleanings far and wide ..in fact was taking on more than I could handle physically. Soon the excitement of being in demand, building new business, creating rapport and sweating hours away to ensure the cleanest house in the world...well that started to fade. I was exhausted and unfulfilled. What happened to organizing? I was faced with a big decision..there was a huge opportunity for me to expand my cleaning company and hire helpers, instead of clean I could manage it and it was what seemed the easier and more properous move. But no, I couldn't sell out on my dream. It was time to pivot..and I had to make space/time to start putting my efforts back into my dream. I gradually let go of my cleaning clients and used the extra time to focus on my organizing business. I made it official February 2022 registering as a small business, now a provisional member of NAPO(National organization of Professional Organizers) and currently working on NAPOs online courses towards becoming certified. As soon as I get my hands on a new project , with each problem arising in need of solution, a challenge to overcome, a design to create ..every part of me comes alive and becomes committed to transforming each space into their fullest potential. But most importantly I have the opportunity to provide others a sense peace, comfort and rest. . And when I am helping others feel and do better, I in return feel and do better. Tiffany came into a room of a lot of chaos and stuff and created the cutest, most organized area for my preteen to enjoy. Then she took my closet and completely saw a vision I couldn’t come up with on my own. It is so organized and clean. Will definitely have her do more areas of our home.
